A video showing a list of all the updated stadiums and host cities of UEFA Euro 2020. The tournament will be held in 11 cities in 11 UEFA countries, between 11 June to 11 July 2021. The tournament was originally scheduled from 12 June to 12 July 2020 and in 12 cities. The Aviva Stadium in Dublin was removed and La Cartuja in Seville replaced San Mamés in Bilbao.
Each city will host three group stage matches and one match in the round of 16 or quarter-finals, with the exception of Saint Petersburg, which will host six group stage matches, and London, which will host two matches in the round of 16. Wembley Stadium in London will host the semi-finals and final and Stadio Olimpico in Rome will host the opening game between Italy and Turkey. Portugal are the defending champions, having won the 2016 competition. For the first time, the VAR system will be used at the UEFA European Championship.
